Commercial Grounds Maintenance

For commercial customers, we offer both regular and one-off grounds maintenance services. 

Regular services are available year-round and comprise of either weekly, fortnightly or monthly visits (or a combination depending on seasonal requirements). Alternatively, we can provide one-off services as needed.

• Leaf Blowing and Clearance
• Grass/Pitch Care and Repair - Hollow Tine Aeration, Scarification, Organic Treatments & Feeds, Seeding, Top Dressing, Levelling and Turfing. 
• Moss Removal
• Gutter/Gulley Cleaning
• Jet Washing
• Painting and Protection of Fencing, Sheds and Decking

We only provide quotes for one-off jobs. For regular maintenance, customers are charged per visit with the price dependent on the duration.

Quotes are always free and there is no obligation to commit to any work.

Quotes can be provided by visiting, which is preferred to really get a feel for the size and scope of the work. This allows us to give you an accurate quote in terms of time and price whilst on-site.  

Alternatively you can send pictures and a description of the work required using the quote form below (or via WhatsApp or Email using the details on our 'Contact Us' page). Based on this we will be happy to give you an estimated price, subject to further inspection. 

For one-off grounds maintenance services, a 20% deposit may be required to secure and guarantee a work date, especially during peak times. Details of any deposit required will be stated on the quotation.

Commercial Customers:

We offer year-round commercial grounds maintenance, with weekly, fortnightly or monthly visits available (or a combination depending on seasonal requirements). Prices are per visit, invoiced monthly and payable in full within 7 days of the invoice date. 

Alternatively, we can provide one-off services as needed. Invoices are sent via email on the day the work has been completed and are payable in full within 7 days of the invoice date. 

Green Waste Charges: 

MVC Gardens has a Lower Tier Waste Carriers Licence from the Environment Agency and is permitted to remove, transport and dispose of green waste that has been produced through undertaking their gardens and grounds maintenance services. No other waste can or will be removed. If the Customer opts for MVC Gardens to remove the generated green waste from the site, then this is chargeable per 120L bag removed (full or part-used). Alternatively, for no additional charge, the Customer can opt for MVC Gardens to a) compost the waste on-site, b) bag the waste for the Customer to dispose of themselves, or c) use the Customers green waste bin.

Invoices and Payment:

Invoices are sent via email and are payable in full within 7 days of the invoice date. The following methods of payment are accepted: cash, credit/debit card and bank transfer.
